		<description>Education is more art than science.  In principle you are right, but how do you put those ideas into practice?  Can you instutionalize passion among teachers?  Can governments (local, state, or federal) afford to have all teachers with Master&#039;s degrees (or sufficient training), screened for bias and non-complacency, as well as their effectiveness with children?

What I&#039;m saying is that, everyone knows what the problems are, how about some solutions, whether they be educational, economic (read capitalistism), political, scientific (the missing link!), or whatever.  You have a very rudimentary start in pointing out education as a factor in poverty, but there isn&#039;t much disagreement there anyway.</description>
